Windows Phone Development

Windows Phone is the mobile operating system, as is Android, IOS and Symbian.
This operating system is installed on Windows-style smartphones and other companies like HTC.
Screen is presented in the form of mosaics, which are the icons of access.
It is fully personalized in terms of colors, availability that you want to have, etc.
It comes with several applications, like for internet browsing, listening to music, watching music videos, instant messaging, email, checking your PC from your mobile phone and a program of Augmented Reality. Besides office applications.
It also has a tool called Telerik for databases developers.
It has a detection system via PC. If you do not know where you lost your mobile or has been stolen, you can lock remotely.
To program Windows Phone applications, we use Visual Studio 2010 and Silverlight.
If you do not have already installed the programs on your PC, you must download them from the website.
We will create our first project, pushing the button and then we will see the words "hello world"
We will see it in an emulator, which is like the phone, but on the PC.

Linux

Is a free software and of open source, different from Windows, it means, that we can see the internal code and make some changes.
It is more stable. It takes up less space on our hard drive. It can also be run from DVD or an USB flash drive, in the latter case, it would have to enter into the BIOS of the computer.
We can use Boot Loader, in both Linux and Windows, choosing one or the other.
As for security it does not have any virus attacks.
Once installed, it has the basic, depending on purpose the user wants to give.
If we want to expand programs, they come with more software packages and from time to time the operating system itself, warns to improve software updates and new programs.
To work with Linux, we must have an administrator account called root that has a full computer control and a user for other activities.
Use of this operating system is not so extended as Windows, but there are more and more people every day.
Some companies use Linux as a host of security that protect other computers with Windows operating system.

Microsoft Outlook 2010

Microsoft Outlook 2010 is an email management program.
Novelty appears as date (conversations), which shows the original message, their replies and answers to the above.
If we see a small triangle pointing to the message, it means that you can deploy and see in the panel of reading, the entire group of the original message and at answers, sorted by date.
If we want to organize our messages by another way of order, go to View and Arrange by and select From, Flag, Importance, etc.
From the three panels: Navigation Pane, Reading Pane and To-Do Bar, if we want to see better some panels than others, we will reach to everyone and will make the modifications.
There are also the Normal buttons and Reading, beneath everything and that makes reading more clearly.
Other options which has Outlook include Calendar, Contacts and Tasks.
To send a message, we will go to New, addresses go in To.
To attach an additional document, we will go to Attach file.
If we want other people to also receive it and avoid others to see it, at Options we will mark Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy).
In addition we can attach our signature, created in the program or brought from another.
Received messages can be erased with Delete.
But if they are unknown, in Junk we block their addresses and emails are stored.
To answer a message, Reply opens a window with the text and we add the response.
By Clicking Clean up, we delete duplicated messages.
With Ignore, we delete messages we do not want and any further information about the same.
To avoid having important messages in Inbox, we create folders and move messages there.
With Meeting we create a message to meet with the recipient with a date and time selected.
To print a message, we select File and Print, and that is all.
Calendar is another tool in Outlook to organize our future activities.
To search certain words in the window Search Inbox, we put what we need to find. As we see a ribbon with all the options, we choose what we want.

The Ribbon and Microsot Access 2010

Ribbon 2010:
Until Office 2003, all commands were contained in the different menus, pressing each unfolded throughout the column containing each command and icon. It could also be the case that there was some additional submenu.
With Office 2007 Ribbon it appeared what provided a lot of more things, since everything is tabbed, and we can see everything at once. We can also modify the format, style and color of the text and tables, just by approaching to the icon of the tool, which will perform the operation.
Besides, in the Quick Access Toolbar, we can add icons to facilitate our work

Question:
Why I am seeing a green ball on the ribbon?
A green ball is displayed by default if creating a custom group does not have an associated icon.

Microsoft Access 2010:
To facilitate access to the information we use a lateral panel instead of windows that we opened, and could be hidden, as in Access 2003.

From that panel we can make changes in the design of the database, apply filters to improve access content, and create shortcuts.

If we want to sort tabbed windows that appear in the options, we select Tabbed Document Display and Document Tabs.

With Ribbon, we can add buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar and create our own set of buttons.
With Access 2010, we can work with databases made on old Office versions, if we make changes, it can only be used at present.

Templates are a method to facilitate the work, because everything is organized, in Access itself or in Internet. It comes with an additional support.
The Web databases are to put the information and publish on the Web.
With the Instant Layout option, we can quickly make any modification.

Microsoft Excel 2010

Microsoft Excel 2010, has improved over previous versions, as it manages, with fewer steps, the result you want. There are more and different formats for calculations and graphics.
With the tool PowerPivot long and complicated tasks are made easier, lists several other worksheets and workbooks.
Microsoft Excel Web App makes our work available in the network, for others to see it or to be used by different people and places.
It has also improved the relationship between Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint 2010.
If you want to do calculations, there are several sections where you can make, and a whole label called “formulas” where they are stored by function.
If you use the keyboard over the mouse, with the ALT key, we can see all the options out there.
If we use certain buttons more than others, on the top bar it can be added or removed at our discretion.
Another novelty is the power to keep a job in other formats to be opened in versions prior to 2010, where certain things are not equal, but it will be adapted.
